$80,000- $90,000 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled professional to join our team in a hybrid role that combines IT support and technology project management . This position is ideal for someone with strong ERP experience who enjoys balancing day-to-day technical support with leading strategic system initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally with teams across the organization while driving technology improvements, integrations, and operational efficiency. What You'll Do IT Support (25-30%) Onboard new employees to company systems and technology platforms Provide desktop support including setup, troubleshooting, and configuration Coordinate software installations, upgrades, and license management Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day technical support issues Technology Project Management (70-75%) ERP & Process Improvement Lead process improvement initiatives within ERP systems Manage vendor relationships, project deliverables, and service agreements Support ongoing system optimization and operational efficiency initiatives Systems Integration Management Oversee integrations between operational platforms and ERP systems Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and system functionality Manage project timelines, testing, and implementation efforts Technology Rollouts & System Implementations Lead design, implementation, and rollout of enterprise technology solutions Develop project plans, track milestones, and communicate updates to leadership Coordinate training, testing, and go-live activities Technical Skills ERP administration and configuration Systems integration and data mapping Desktop support and troubleshooting Reporting and dashboard creation Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Microsoft Office Suite proficiency IT ticketing/help desk systems Data analysis, QA, and testing Project Management Experience Project planning and milestone tracking Cross-functional coordination Stakeholder communication and executive reporting Risk management and issue escalation Process improvement and workflow optimization Change management and end-user training Vendor management and requirements gathering Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technology project management Experience with ERP platforms such as Karmak, SAP, Oracle, Fullbay, or similar systems Proven ability to manage complex technology projects from start to finish Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization Preferred Qualifications Direct experience with Karmak ERP Familiarity with Decisiv or similar fleet/service management platforms Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies Why Join Hybrid work environment Opportunity to lead impactful technology initiatives High-visibility role with cross-functional collaboration Blend of hands-on IT work and strategic project leadership Opportunity to improve systems, processes, and operational performance
