IT Transformation Program Manager Westfield Center, OH (Hybrid)
Duration :
12+ Months We are seeking a senior-level IT Transformation Program Manager who has successfully led large enterprise modernization programs involving ERP and financial systems transformation. The company is specifically looking for someone who can take ownership of a highly visible enterprise initiative focused on modernizing financial systems, improving governance, aligning business and IT teams, and driving execution across multiple departments. This is not a standard Project Manager role. The ideal candidate must have experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs with executive-level visibility, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and building governance structures that keep large initiatives on track. The primary focus of this role is helping the organization transition from legacy financial systems such as PeopleSoft into Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials while improving operational efficiency, reporting, program governance, and enterprise collaboration. The client wants someone who can: Lead enterprise transformation programs from planning through execution Work directly with executives, business leaders, PMOs, and IT teams Coordinate multiple parallel workstreams across the organization Create governance frameworks, reporting structures, and execution plans Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges before they impact timelines Drive accountability and alignment across business and technology teams Keep large-scale modernization initiatives moving efficiently and strategically The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, strategic, comfortable in fast-moving enterprise environments, and experienced in managing large transformation initiatives with executive stakeholders. Candidates who have led Oracle Cloud ERP transformations, enterprise financial modernization programs, or large-scale enterprise PMO initiatives will stand out immediately. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-scale IT transformation and modernization initiatives Stand up and manage enterprise governance structures and PMO execution frameworks Align transformation initiatives with enterprise IT strategy Drive execution across multiple organizational workstreams Manage executive stakeholders and steering committees Develop program roadmaps, communication strategies, and reporting frameworks Coordinate transformation activities across business and IT teams Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and execution challenges Support modernization initiatives involving Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Provide strategic and tactical leadership throughout the transformation lifecycle Must-Have Skills Enterprise IT Transformation Program Management Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials ERP Modernization Programs Financial Systems Transformation Executive Stakeholder Management Governance & PMO Leadership Multi-Workstream Program Leadership Enterprise Strategy Execution Program Mobilization Risk & Dependency Management Preferred Skills Property & Casualty Insurance experience PeopleSoft Financials modernization Enterprise Architecture collaboration Operating Model Transformation Expense Management transformation programs SAFe / PMP / PgMP certifications Organizational Change Management Don t Apply If You have only project coordination experience instead of enterprise program leadership You have not led large-scale IT transformation initiatives You lack ERP or financial systems modernization experience You are not comfortable working directly with executive leadership You have not managed complex enterprise governance structures You prefer narrowly scoped technical delivery instead of enterprise transformation leadership
