Job Summary:

The Cryptography Technical Project Manager will support enterprise cybersecurity transformation initiatives focused on cryptography, PKI, and security infrastructure programs. This role partners closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to drive execution, improve project organization, coordinate change management activities, and ensure successful delivery across complex technical initiatives. The position can sit in Lake Mary, FL, Pittsburgh, PA, NYC, or NJ, with remote flexibility if needed. Standard hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET with an expectation of 4+ days onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Drive execution across cybersecurity and cryptography transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Partner with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure project tasks, timelines, and deliverables remain on track

Documentation & Organization:

Maintain project documentation, meeting coordination, action items, and operational organization across teams

Change Management:

Coordinate change control processes and implementation activities across security initiatives

Technical Communication:

Translate technical discussions into actionable plans and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders

Team Support:

Help engineering teams stay aligned while proactively identifying and resolving organizational gaps

Qualifications:

5+ years of IT Project Management experience Experience delivering cybersecurity transformational programs within large enterprise environments Proven experience managing cybersecurity, cryptography, and PKI-related projects Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Hardware Security Modules (HSM), and Cryptographic Key Management Systems (CKMS) Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Familiarity with GDPR, DORA, NIST, and

ISO 27001

compliance standards Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field

Preferred Experience:

ServiceNow experience Change control and governance process experience IAM (Identity & Access Management) exposure Experience supporting engineering-focused or infrastructure-heavy teams
