Manager, Application Development to Design and develop enterprise software applications and platforms.

Duties include:

develop software solutions to meet business requirements and manage project execution to ensure adherence to schedule and scope; determine feasibility of solutions design and prepare technical design documentation; plan stages of application development to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability; write and review high quality code and perform unit and/or automation testing; confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems; monitor progress milestones and deliverables; support applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices; and mentor junior team members. Salary Range:

$156,998.00 to $185,400.00 per year Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following: Software development lifecycle (SDLC); Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting; Domain support for healthcare or retail organization, including providing data analytics support; Contributing to largescale applications development, data science, or data analytics projects; REST, SOAP, or Web Services; CircleCI, GIT, or GitHub Actions; Kotlin, Android, Java, or Gradle; XML, JSON, or Compose; and Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles.
