As a Program Manager in our Cengage School portfolio, you will play an essential role in ensuring the high integrity planning and execution of platform migrations. You will build a playbook and manage a complex, cross-functional, multi-year project plan, ensuring that we are on track to achieve delivery milestones. The role will be high-visibility and offer exciting challenges of problem solving, collaboration and communication, cross-team orchestration, and day-to-day program leadership. What you'll do here: + Collaborate with Content & Portfolio, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations to gather all operational and customer-facing milestones and tasks to be tracked from inception to final delivery + Create unified schedules, manage dependencies, and track progress across multiple workstreams - product data/setup, physical inventory, customer entitlements, content migration/product availability, technology releases + Drive communication on program health up and across the organization + Identify and communicate needs of the program to ensure it is set u To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
