Full-Time About the Company Our client is a leading manufacturing firm headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, focused on operational excellence, digital transformation, and next-generation product lifecycle management. The company is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to drive mission-critical initiatives across

PLM, SAP

migration, and Bill of Materials (BOM) processes. Role Overview The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams through all phases of enterprise migration and integration projects-specifically those related to PLM systems, SAP implementations, and BOM data management. This role requires a strong communicator who can partner seamlessly with senior leadership, engineering, IT, and manufacturing operations teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for

PLM, SAP

migration, and BOM data initiatives.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders to define project goals, milestones, and success metrics.
• Align project scope, timelines, and deliverables across business units and technical teams.
• Oversee data migration, testing, validation, and release coordination between PLM and SAP systems.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Foster strong partnerships across engineering, IT, and supply chain functions to ensure smooth process alignment.
• Support change management, training plans, and communication strategies during system transitions. Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or engineering-driven organization.
• Hands-on experience with
• PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA)
• and
• SAP migration projects
• preferred.
• Working knowledge of
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• structure and configuration management.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-scale technical projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• comfortable engaging at CXO level.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required. Personality and Work Style
