Hybrid - Newark, DE (Onsite approx. 2 weeks per month)

$110,000 - $175,000 base + 12% target annual bonus

Must currently reside in one of the following states: DE, MD, NJ, or PA Overview Our client is seeking an experienced SAP EAM Technical Lead to support the architecture, implementation, and optimization of SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions within a utility-scale environment. This role will lead technical strategy across SAP EAM (PM/CS) platforms, support asset lifecycle governance, and oversee integrations with GIS, IS-U, and related SAP modules. experience , utility asset lifecycle knowledge, and the ability to lead technical delivery teams supporting enterprise infrastructure and regulatory environments. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP EAM solutions aligned with business and operational goals Define technical roadmaps and architecture strategy for SAP EAM initiatives Support project planning, budgeting, and execution for implementations and enhancements Serve as SME for complex production support issues and release planning activities Lead technical workshops and communicate architecture decisions to business stakeholders Asset Lifecycle & Maintenance Enablement Support asset lifecycle traceability and master data governance initiatives Enable maintenance planning, inspections, scheduling, dispatch, and mobile workforce execution Support contractor and internal workforce coordination processes Support construction lifecycle tracking and execution workflows Integration & Platform Alignment Lead integration across:
SAP IS-U GIS
platforms
SAP SCM / MM SAP FI/CO
Support implementation of Linear Asset Management (LAM) capabilities Ensure spatial data synchronization and alignment across systems Support regulatory compliance reporting requirements for utility environments Leadership & Collaboration Supervise and mentor junior technical team members Partner closely with functional leads and enterprise application stakeholders Support cross-module SAP integration strategy including EPPM alignment Required Qualifications 7+ years of SAP EAM experience (PM / CS) Experience supporting at least two full lifecycle SAP EAM implementations Strong experience with
SAP S/4HANA EAM
Hands-on experience integrating EAM with GIS platforms Experience integrating across SAP modules (MM, SCM, FI/CO) Strong understanding of utility asset lifecycle management Preferred Qualifications Experience with
SAP EPPM
(Project System / Portfolio Management) Linear Asset Management (LAM) experience Utility industry asset lifecycle experience (construction through decommissioning) SAP EAM certification PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required
