8+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Project Manager to lead and manage SAP Payroll implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, deep understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processes, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful payroll solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP Payroll projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and technical teams to gather requirements and define project objectives. Coordinate SAP Payroll implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and support activities. Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Facilitate testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Payroll Parallel Runs. Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and offshore teams as required. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Support change management, training, and post-production stabilization activities. Required Qualifications 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years managing SAP Payroll projects. Strong experience with SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management modules. Proven experience delivering full lifecycle SAP implementation or transformation projects. Strong knowledge of payroll business processes and compliance requirements. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working with distributed and offshore teams. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. PMP, Scrum Master, or related project management certifications. Experience with
SAP HR/HCM
integrations and reporting. Prior experience in large enterprise environments.
