Remote w/travel Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Director to lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in SAP ecosystems (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, cloud integrations). Key Responsibilities Program Leadership Lead end-to-end SAP programs, including S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and upgrades Define program strategy, roadmap, and execution plans aligned with organizational goals Oversee multiple project streams and ensure integration across workstreams Stakeholder Management Engage with C-level executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders Act as the primary point of contact for program governance and escalation Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes effectively Delivery & Execution Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of SAP programs Establish program governance, KPIs, and reporting frameworks Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners Financial Management Own program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking Ensure cost optimization while maintaining delivery quality Risk & Compliance Identify and mitigate risks across the program lifecycle Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Drive quality assurance and testing strategies Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and business resources Mentor program managers and project leads Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master's preferred) 15+ years of experience in SAP delivery, with at least 5+ years in program leadership roles Must have consulting experience Proven experience leading large SAP transformations (e.g., S/4HANA implementation or migration) Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) and integration architecture Experience managing global, multi-million-dollar programs Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills Preferred Qualifications SAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Activate) PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies Exposure to cloud platforms (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure) Key Skills Strategic leadership and decision-making Program and portfolio management Risk management and problem-solving Financial and budget management Vendor and stakeholder management Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum:

$140,000 base per year

Pay Range Maximum:
