projects from planning to go‑live Drive cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders Oversee data migration strategy, mock cycles, validation, defect management, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization Deliver clear and actionable status reporting, steering committee materials, and risk/issue logs, ensuring executive-level communication Build and manage comprehensive plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, interdependencies, and resource requirements.
