$140,000 - $159,000 We are seeking an SAP/SAC Project Manager who will support our client by leading the SAP Analytics Cloud workstream for a large enterprise business transformation initiative. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project plans and reporting, and ensure SAC-related deliverables stay aligned with program goals, timelines, budgets, and adoption needs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical project manager with SAP SAC experience, strong cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to turn requirements, risks, and milestones into clear execution plans.

Duties:

Lead the workstream ensuring all project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Ensure alignment between multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements Identify and document dependencies and ensure working teams and leadership are informed Ensure project plans, schedules, and status reports are maintained and updated. Coordinate and manage the activities of internal teams and external consultants Work closely with Change Management team to ensure engagement of various teams during implementation and ultimately successful adoption of the platforms system by users Identify, mitigate and as necessary, escalate risks and issues Provide regular updates and reports to the Director-Business Transformation and other key stakeholders.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Associate''s degree or combination of experience and education. 8+ years of Project Management experience 5+ years of experience managing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAP SAC) transformation projects. 5+ years of experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, solution assessment, stakeholder management, data analysis, and reporting. Experience leading SAP SAC or analytics-related workstreams within large, cross-functional enterprise programs, preferably in utility, government, or public sector environments. Experience with developing, validating, and maintaining project plans, schedules, resource plans, RAID logs, status reports, documentation, and project controls. Experience tracking risks, actions, issues, and decisions. Experience with providing frequent status reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders. Demonstrated knowledge of project management, organizational change management, and PMBOK-aligned practices and standards.
