Job Description:
Senior IT Project Manager (Healthcare IT) We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager (Sr. IT PM) to lead complex, high-impact Healthcare IT initiatives across clinical, operational, and administrative domains. This individual will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving multiple concurrent projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, quality standards, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong multitasking and prioritization skills who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role requires the ability to work across all IT domains, understand the full scope of projects, identify and mitigate risks, and collaborate effectively with executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. This is a hybrid opportunity with an initial 3-month assignment and strong potential for conversion to a full-time employee (FTE). Required Qualifications 10+ years of IT Project Management experience PMP Certification required Healthcare industry background required Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, applications, integrations, and operational workflows Experience leading cross-functional teams across clinical, business, and technical domains Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on project leader who can confidently manage ambiguity, drive accountability, communicate effectively with executive leadership, and deliver complex Healthcare IT initiatives successfully in a dynamic environment.
