Date posted 05/06/2026 Work Location Model On-site Flex Work Location Fremont-CA Work Country United States The group you'll be a part of Lam Research is looking for a Senior IT Program Manager with strong experience delivering complex IT programs in a manufacturing environment. This role leads large, multi‑project initiatives supporting plant operations, digital transformation, and enterprise IT enablement. The ideal candidate brings deep program management expertise, strong manufacturing domain knowledge, and the ability to partner effectively with business and IT leaders.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex IT programs supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and operations Manage multiple interdependent projects across
MES, ERP
(e.g., SAP), infrastructure, cybersecurity, OT/IT integration, data, and automation Develop and execute program roadmaps aligned to manufacturing and enterprise IT strategy Establish program governance, milestones, KPIs, and executive reporting Manage program budgets, resource plans, vendors, and system integrators Identify and mitigate program‑level risks, including operational, cybersecurity, and change impacts Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders Drive change management, standardization, and continuous improvement across plants and sites
  • Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 15+ years of IT project and/or program management experience Proven experience delivering IT programs in manufacturing or industrial environments Strong understanding of manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, infrastructure, OT/IT) Experience managing large budgets, vendors, and cross‑functional teams
  • Preferred Qualifications PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certification Experience with Industry 4.0, smart factory, automation, IoT, or cloud initiatives Global manufacturing or multi‑site delivery experience

Salary CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $137,000.00

Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
