Job Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Senior IT Project Manager, where you'll lead innovative projects in cybersecurity modernization. This fully remote role offers the chance to manage significant initiatives in disaster recovery and platform implementation. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of solutions, ensuring successful planning, testing, and support. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Oversee project teams and third-party vendors to achieve project milestones and deliverables. Facilitate collaboration across functions to address challenges during project development. Monitor project progress and maintain high delivery standards. Communicate project updates and risks to executives and stakeholders regularly. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Conduct quality reviews and implement improvements based on lessons learned. Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring delivery within constraints. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams. Implement best practices in portfolio, program, and project management. Skills Extensive experience in IT project management with strong stakeholder interaction. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in large organizations. Experience in operational technology, particularly in asset protection or security. A completed four-year degree is required. Preferred Skills PMP certification and expertise in Project and Portfolio Management methodologies. Experience with change management and risk management in dynamic settings. Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence in high-pressure scenarios.
