This role will lead the delivery of high-impact, enterprise technology initiatives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This is a true delivery role -ideal for someone who thrives in execution, takes ownership, and is not afraid to get into the details to drive outcomes. What You'll Be Doing Program & Project Leadership Lead full lifecycle delivery (initiation through go-live and stabilization) of large-scale enterprise programs Own project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and communications Drive delivery momentum by proactively identifying and resolving risks and blockers Hands-On Delivery & Business Analysis Actively contribute to execution, including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT coordination Step in to address team gaps and ensure progress stays on track Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions quickly Stakeholder & Vendor Management Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery Lead executive steering committees and provide clear, actionable updates Manage vendors, system integrators, and third-party partners against scope, milestones, and SLAs Implementation Oversight Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment Support RFP processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiations Drive organizational change management, including training and adoption Governance & Risk Management Ensure alignment with PMO standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting Proactively mitigate risks and maintain audit-ready documentation PMO Contribution Help evolve PMO best practices, templates, and processes Mentor junior team members and promote a proactive, ownership-driven culture What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 8+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise IT implementations ($5M+) Proven experience delivering ERP or Contact Center implementations end-to-end Strong hands-on business analysis skills (requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis) Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar Ability to work in a hybrid onsite environment in Pasadena, CA Preferred Qualifications Experience in public sector, financial services, or regulated environments Background in ERP modernization, financial system replacement, or contact center transformation Experience with omnichannel contact center platforms and AI-enabled solutions Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, CBAP, or similar Proven success in change management and user adoption for large-scale implementations Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Lead All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
