Program Leadership & Delivery Drive end‑to‑end delivery of stability and resilience programs across multiple banking platforms. Develop program goals, KPIs, milestones, and delivery plans aligned with organizational priorities. Coordinate with engineering, SRE , operations, compliance, and business stakeholders. Partner with risk teams to ensure programs meet audit, compliance, and resilience requirements. Track and remediate stability risks, technical debt, and recurring operational issues. Maintain documentation for regulatory reviews and operational governance forums. Drive clear and timely communication with senior leadership. Build executive dashboards and progress reports (KPIs, SLAs, incident trends, stability score). Facilitate Steering Committees, SCRUM-of-SCRUMs, and leadership reviews. Identify systemic issues and drive platform-wide corrective actions. Promote adoption of SRE practices, automation, chaos testing, and runbook modernization. Foster a culture of engineering excellence and operational discipline. 8+ years of experience in Program /Project Management within Banking or Financial Services. Strong experience of: Site Reliability Engineering Operational Resilience Incident/Problem/Change Management Cloud & distributed systems Excellent Communication
