 Remote Position Summary The Technical Delivery Manager - Infrastructure supporting the infrastructure domain is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across infrastructure and application workstreams by connecting technical components, dependencies, and business outcomes. This role ensures infrastructure (cloud, network, hardware, and connectivity) is fully integrated into planning, execution, and release readiness. This position combines delivery stewardship with technical awareness, requiring the ability to connect systems, timelines, and risks to ensure continuous, predictable delivery. The role champions delivery processes that align to team needs while maintaining the structure and discipline required to meet business commitments. Key Responsibilities Delivery Stewardship & Execution Own end-to-end delivery across infrastructure and related initiatives, ensuring alignment to timelines, milestones, and business commitments Facilitate delivery cadences including daily standups, cross-team forums, and release readiness checkpoints Champion delivery processes and continuously adapt them to best support team effectiveness and technical complexity Drive accountability across teams, ensuring clear ownership of deliverables and timely execution RAID Management & Continuous Delivery Proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions Connect RAID items directly to timelines and milestones to ensure uninterrupted delivery Anticipate downstream impacts and adjust plans accordingly Embed infrastructure considerations into release planning, sequencing, and go-live readiness Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and avoid delays Maintain infrastructure dependency maps, diagrams, RAID logs, checklists, and deployment plans Ensure artifacts are aligned to milestones and actively used for execution Provide clear updates on milestone progress, infrastructure readiness, and RAID status Translate technical delivery into business-relevant insights Technical Connectivity & Infrastructure Enablement Develop a working understanding of infrastructure components including AWS/cloud infrastructure, databases, CDNs, networking, and VPNs Connect infrastructure architecture to application behavior and business outcomes Identify integration points and dependencies across systems to prevent delivery gaps Support infrastructure readiness for store operations including POS hardware, networking equipment, and in-store systems Align infrastructure delivery with store launch timelines Maintain visibility into VPN connectivity and environment integrations Ensure tracking and management of devices, endpoints, and infrastructure assets Maintain awareness of O365 licensing, access, and dependencies Ensure licensing requirements are incorporated into delivery planning Support infrastructure teams and participate in incident management Drive improvements in delivery practices and technical visibility Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, infrastructure delivery, or product management Knowledge of AWS, networking, databases, and infrastructure components Experience managing RAID frameworks Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives Strong communication and facilitation skills Preferred Experience supporting retail or multi-site infrastructure environments Familiarity with device and endpoint management Experience with O365 administration or licensing coordination Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models Core Competencies Technical Connectivity Thinking Delivery Enablement Risk & Dependency Management Stakeholder Communication Cross-Team Collaboration Process Adaptability Business Alignment Salary will be commensurate with experience.
