Interview Process:
Only In-person We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our Business Integrated Solutions Division s technical support team. In this role, you will drive the adoption and effective use of business enablement tools such as Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate across the organization. You will manage a small but impactful team, oversee a growing Community of Practice, and partner with senior leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions. This is a high-visibility role that blends strategy, operations, and hands-on technical support. Key Responsibilities Manage program intake, prioritization, and resource allocation Support and troubleshoot Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows Lead training, workshops, and user adoption initiatives Ensure governance, security, and best practices Communicate status, risks, and updates to leadership Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams
Requirements:
7+ years in program management, product ownership, or application delivery Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
Preferred:
Experience with Power BI, Dataverse, and Azure certifications Background in low-code governance, training, or the public sector
