About Finally Quiet Finally Quiet is developing the first medical-grade acoustic AI workflow platform for dentistry and healthcare environments. Our mission is to improve communication, reduce noise-induced stress and hearing damage, and enable next-generation AI-driven clinical workflows in environments where traditional voice systems fail.

The company is currently preparing for and executing its Phase I Pilot Program across dental clinics in the United States while continuing development of its Pre-Treatment, Treatment, and Post-Treatment workflow platforms. We are seeking a highly organized and execution-oriented Technical Program Manager to help coordinate multidisciplinary technical and operational activities across the company. Position Overview This is a part-time contract role intended for an experienced startup-oriented Technical Program Manager capable of operating in a fast-moving, highly interdisciplinary medical technology environment. The ideal candidate is not simply a meeting organizer or administrative project tracker, but rather someone who can create execution rhythm, maintain accountability, identify risks early, and help reduce operational overload across the organization.

  • Coordinate cross-functional technical and operational activities across internal and external contributors
  • Maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and action-item tracking
  • Help maintain execution discipline across a fast-moving startup environment
  • Proactively identify blockers, delays, execution gaps, and resource conflicts
  • Support prioritization and execution alignment across multiple parallel initiatives Technical Coordination Coordinate development activities related to:
  • Embedded systems
  • Edge AI
  • Acoustics
  • Speech-to-text workflows
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Medical workflow systems
  • Hardware/software integration
  • Help coordinate demo readiness, pilot deployments, field testing, and release activities
  • Maintain visibility across technical progress and deliverables Agile / Scrum Coordination
  • Facilitate lightweight Agile/Scrum workflows appropriate for an early-stage startup environment
  • Organize stand-ups, sprint planning, action-item tracking, and execution reviews
  • Support execution momentum without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy or excessive process overhead Pilot & Commercial Operations Support
  • Coordinate operational readiness activities associated with pilot clinics and strategic partners
  • Support onboarding logistics, deployment planning, and communication coordination
  • Assist with customer-facing execution workflows and follow-up tracking Documentation & Operational Support
  • Help organize technical documentation, repositories, trackers, and operational workflows
  • Coordinate internal follow-ups across engineering, quality, regulatory affairs, acoustics, and commercialization activities
  • Support operational continuity across rapidly evolving initiatives Qualifications Required
  • Prior experience in Technical Program Management, Product Development Program Management, or multidisciplinary engineering project coordination
  • Experience working in medical devices, healthcare technology, robotics, AI systems, SaaS, or other technically complex environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional follow-through
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous and rapidly evolving startup environments
  • Ability to interface effectively with engineers, clinicians, executives, consultants, and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail with an execution-oriented mindset Preferred
  • Experience with hardware/software integrated systems
  • Experience coordinating embedded systems or cloud-connected products
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with pilot deployments or regulated product development environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Gantt charting tools
  • Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools
