An Autonomous Mobility Company Technical Program Manager An Autonomous Mobility Company Full time Location Foster City, CA, United States Work environment In-person Expected pay amount 78.91 USD Per Hour Schedule Hybrid (requires at least three days per week onsite), 40 hours per week Assignment length Contract Job description HireArt is helping our client find a Technical Program Manager to support complex, cross-functional programs within the Product Software organization. In this role, you'll drive alignment across engineering, product, and operations teams working on rider-facing applications, internal tools, and operational systems. You'll manage dependencies across multiple systems and squads, with a strong focus on scaling autonomous operations through AI-driven chatbot solutions. The ideal candidate is a highly technical TPM with deep experience in software systems, strong cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, multi-team environments. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll: Lead cross-functional programs spanning mobile applications, internal tools, and product software systems. Drive alignment across engineering, product, and operations teams with competing priorities. Manage dependencies across APIs, microservices, and distributed systems to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Support the development and rollout of AI-driven chatbot agents to improve operational efficiency. Translate technical requirements, constraints, and trade-offs across teams to enable execution. Adapt to shifting priorities and support multiple program areas as needed. Communicate clearly with stakeholders, bridging technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements 9+ years of experience in technical program management, delivering complex, multi-team software programs Strong technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and microservices architectures Experience managing programs across the application development lifecycle (mobile, platform, or SaaS environments) Proven ability to work cross-functionally and align engineering, product, and operations teams Experience managing dependencies across distributed systems and multiple stakeholders Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable plans
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with AI chatbot tools or agent-based systems Background working on mobile applications or user-facing product platforms Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or similar architectures Experience in automotive, robotics, or other complex system environments
