Technical Program Manager#26-03446 Richfield, MN 30% Remote Contract Starts 4/13/2026 Ends 3/26/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager for a 12 month contract position with a Leading Consumer Electronics Retailer located in Richfield, MN. This role requires 3 days per week onsite.

Compensation:

$70.00 - $80.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. This role will lead the operations of a newly formed team focused on centralizing issue management and ensuring smooth, reliable customer experiences across the end-to-end order and repair journey. The manager will oversee issue intake, prioritization, and root cause analysis, partnering closely with technical teams to drive fixes and provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Oversee issue intake, prioritization, and root cause analysis Determine when engineering support is required and partner with technical teams to drive fixes Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders and impacted customers Ensure operational excellence and drivemunication protect and improve the end-to-end order and repair experience Establish team rhythms, processes, and cross-functional workflow

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in Program/Delivery Management 5-7 years of experience in Cross-Functional Communication and Stakeholder Management 3-5 years of experience in Operational and Agile Team Leadership 3-5 years of experience in Root Cause Analysis and Issue Management 2-4 years of experience in Technical Collaboration with Engineering Teams Desired skills: Experience in customer experience, order management, or repair operations Familiarity with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) Ability to build new processes and operational frameworks Data-driven mindset;fort with dashboards and metrics Background working inplex retail, technology, or service environments Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
