Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience working with cross-functional technical teams and driving projects from initiation through successful delivery. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills in a fast-paced IT environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid model with onsite presence required 3 days per week in Holyoke, MA. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple concurrent IT projects across various business and technology teams. Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resource planning, and risk management strategies. Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project execution. Track project progress, dependencies, and issues while ensuring timely resolution. Lead project meetings, status updates, sprint planning, and stakeholder communications. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Maintain project documentation, reporting dashboards, and project plans. Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, QA, cybersecurity, and operations teams. Support Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies as needed. Identify process improvements and implement best practices for project delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Experience in Technical Project Management. Proven hands-on experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Experience working with enterprise IT environments and technical teams. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
