A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technical Project Manager.

4 days onsite, 1 day remote
As a Technical Project Manager, you will:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects in a data-intensive environment
Drive planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of initiatives aligned with fraud prevention goals
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality
Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
Manage expectations, communicate progress, and proactively address risks and dependencies
Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa
Lead cross-functional teams consisting of: Data Analysts, Python Developers, Frontend, Backend, and Full Stack Engineers.
Facilitate collaboration, alignment, and accountability across distributed teams
Partner with engineers to guide architecture discussions and ensure scalable, resilient solutions
Support implementation of systems handling high-volume, real-time and batch data pipelines
Quickly identify and resolve conflicts across teams, priorities, and stakeholders
Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture
Navigate competing priorities with strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Implement and optimize Agile/Scrum or hybrid project methodologies
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track delivery performance
Continuously improve processes for efficiency and scalability
Quickly gain deep understanding of systems, stakeholders, and priorities within the first 30 days
Identify immediate opportunities for optimization and impact.
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of experience in technical project/program management
Proven track record delivering complex software and data platform projects at scale
Experience in telecommunications, fraud prevention, or high-volume data environments strongly preferred.
Strong familiarity with modern data and engineering stacks:
Languages & Frameworks:
Python, Scala, .NET
Data & Streaming:
Kafka, Spark, SQL
Cloud Platforms:
AWS (Redshift, Glue, EKS)
Analytics & BI Tools
Experience working with systems that process large-scale datasets (billions of records).
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
Proven ability to lead cross-functional, highly technical teams
Self-starter with a "go-getter" mindset and strong sense of ownership
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
Strong risk management, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting fraud detection or risk platforms
Familiarity with real-time analytics and mobile data environments
PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications
Experience with microservices architectures and distributed systems

Pay Range•: $50-$55 per hour
•Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
