The Technical Project Manager will lead the delivery of large-scale, data-driven projects within financial services environments. The role involves managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The position requires strong expertise in project management methodologies, data platforms, and system integrations.

Requirement/Must Have:

10+ years of project or program management experience in financial services, fintech, or credit bureau environments. Strong knowledge of credit risk, lending lifecycle, fraud detection, or customer data platforms. Experience with decisioning or analytics tools such as PowerCurve or similar platforms. Proven experience managing large, complex, data-driven projects. Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, ETL processes, and cloud platforms. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as data privacy and financial compliance standards. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience:

Experience leading end-to-end project delivery. Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and compliance. Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects. Manage implementations and upgrades of decisioning and analytics platforms. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Drive Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies. Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Communicate project status, KPIs, and deliverables to leadership.

Should Have:

Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile. Experience with decisioning engines or credit scoring models. Experience with digital lending platforms or banking transformations. Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.

Strong project and program management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage complex projects and priorities.
