About the Role We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead software development, AI, and enterprise technology projects from concept through production. This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, working closely with clients, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Required Qualifications 5+ years of software or systems development experience Project management or project leadership experience Understanding of system architecture and technical design Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects independently Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI, LLM, or RAG-related projects Experience with enterprise software or data platforms Experience delivering projects from PoC to production Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP Automotive or manufacturing industry experience Responsibilities Lead software development projects from planning through deployment Translate business requirements into technical solutions Manage project schedules, risks, and deliverables Collaborate with engineers, designers, and business teams Support technical design discussions and architecture reviews Communicate directly with clients and manage project expectations Drive decision-making and problem-solving in fast-paced environments Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO)
