Job Description

Job Responsibilities (Bilingual Chinese and English) Full lifecycle management of projects : responsible for the overall coordination of ICT low-voltage intelligent projects (structured cabling, monitoring and access control, data center renovation, wireless network, audio and video conferencing, building automation, etc.), including project coordination, solution implementation, progress control, on-site construction management, final acceptance, and delivery archiving. On-site coordination and implementation : Coordinate the work of construction teams and technical personnel on-site, control construction technology, construction safety and project schedule, promptly resolve technical problems on the construction site, coordinate communication and communication with the client, supervisor and partners, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Cost and Materials Management :
Verify equipment and auxiliary material lists according to project plans, control project material requisition, loss and procurement coordination, reasonably control project construction costs, and optimize project budget implementation.
Documentation and Acceptance Settlement :
Responsible for the compilation, submission, and filing of project documentation throughout the entire process; follow up on project phase acceptance and overall completion acceptance; and assist in completing project reconciliation, settlement, and payment collection. Risk and compliance management : Strictly adhere to engineering construction specifications and industry acceptance standards, identify project construction risks, control project quality, implement safety production requirements, and ensure compliant project delivery . Project review and optimization : After project completion, a review and summary are conducted to identify project issues, optimize construction and management processes, and accumulate project experience.
Job Requirements Professional Background :
Associate's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in mechatronics, intelligent systems, computer science, communications engineering, civil engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of independent management experience in ICT and low-voltage intelligent system engineering projects is required . Experience with government/enterprise projects, hospitals, industrial parks, factories, and photovoltaic projects is preferred. Overseas project experience is also a plus.
Skills and Abilities :
Familiar with low-voltage intelligent system equipment and construction techniques; proficient in mainstream project processes such as structured cabling, security monitoring, data center construction, wireless networks, and audio-visual systems; able to prepare construction drawings and skillfully create project construction plans and acceptance documents. English can be used as a working language. Overall capabilities : Possesses independent on-site management and emergency response capabilities, strong communication and coordination skills, and can efficiently liaise with clients and supervisors to advance work; strong self-discipline and able to adapt to overseas business trips . Priority will be given to candidates with relevant qualifications, such as Level 2 Construction Engineer (Mechanical and Electrical), Low Voltage Engineer, and Safety Officer C Certificate. Professional qualities : Strong sense of responsibility, high execution ability, good cost awareness, quality awareness and team management skills, with no record of major engineering accidents.
