Job DescriptionJob Function:
The IT Cooling Customer Program Manager will be responsible to lead the coordination and execution of strategic customer projects from development to production, ensuring alignment with technical, commercial, and scheduling expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage milestones, resolve challenges, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Drive project success by delivering high-quality results on time and within budget while supporting strategic business goals.Responsibilities and Objectives:
Ensure the main interface between the company and the program/project teams of strategic customers Coordinate several simultaneous projects throughout their life cycle (development, qualification, production ramp-up) Ensure that projects meet quality, cost, deadline, performance requirements and are in compliance with the customer's technical, commercial and planning expectations Lead regular program review meetings with the customer to track milestones, risks and deliverables Coordinate the cross-functional Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Product Management teams Drive the resolution of technical, procurement or planning issues Maintain clear program plans, schedules and risk analyses Monitor project milestones, budgets and deliverables Collaborate with the Global Account Manager to ensure alignment between business strategy and project execution. Programs Support strategic discussions through program statuses, forecasts and operational analyses Contribute to identifying opportunities to develop collaboration with the client Provide structured program updates to the client's stakeholders and internal management Prepare program summaries for top management for strategic accounts. Ensure transparent communication on schedules, risks and changes Adheres to all safety, quality and environmental standards Ensure the necessary replacements according to the needs of the team Participate in continuous improvement Assist and support new arrivals Ensure the successful execution of client projects within strategic accounts Meet the objectives set by the company Act as the representative of Stäubli with clients and partners. QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering 5-10 years' experience in Program or Project Management, Technical Account Management, or complex engineering/product environment Proficiency in using IT tools, including Office 365, business software, and collaborative tools. Strong ability to effectively utilize technology to enhance business operations and communication. Knowledge of engineering principles, industrial technologies In-depth knowledge of project management and programs Knowledge of development and product life cycles Additional InformationPhysicalRequirements:
Periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times Dexterity and accuracy as needed to operate equipment Work schedule: Willingness to travel as required both domestically and internationally (up to 10%) Position reports on-site to theDuncan, SC Office:
