Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program management. 5 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports. 5 years of experience with project management in the telecom or data center infrastructure space.

Preferred qualifications:

8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects. Experience in data center operations. Experience working in complex organizational settings (e.g., d accountability, geographic dispersion, ambiguity, etc.). Familiarity with networking or telecom operations. Responsibilities Manage a team of technical program managers responsible for cross-functional coordination and oversight of data center network and capacity growth projects in a given region to deliver on on-time delivery and cycle time goals. Hire, coach and develop a team of program managers to meet objectives. Work with direct reports and partner teams to set and implement short term and long term infrastructure delivery strategy for the region. Own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams while defining and developing specific cross-team roles, expectations, and responsibilities. Deliver execution at scale within large, multi-project programs by driving iterative process optimization and managing the career development and personal growth of a team of Technical Program Management (T/PMs).
