Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Coordinate meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Monitor progress and provide regular status updates. Ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant project delivery.
