Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in technical program management for data orchestration, visualization, and automation. 2 years of experience in technical infrastructure and data analytics projects.

Track record of successful program delivery within highly regulated technical environments. Ability to demonstrate aptitude for learning and applying new technologies and systems with minimal guidance. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pivot quickly as project needs and company priorities shift. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. The Compliance Security and Risk Management (CSRM) is looking for a creative and organized Technical Program Manager to join our team in innovating, building, and sustaining the security and safety systems in our fast-growing data center fleet. This role calls for a blend of leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep technical expertise to manage projects that are central to the operational excellence and strategic growth of CSRM. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to make significant contributions to Google's Data Centers, pushing the boundaries of innovation to make Google Data Centers (GDC) a safer and more efficient place to work. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and integration of secure data warehouses and robust pipelines to ingest and transform data, facilitating efficient workflows and data sharing. Manage complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, engaging stakeholders to align on goal, communicating status and risks, and adjusting plans to ensure. Collaborate with industry partners to identify and develop new technologies, ensuring the advancement of team product maturity and the launch of key features on time. Utilize agile methodologies and program management tools to plan and prioritize work across multiple teams, enhancing overall team effectiveness and project delivery. Ensure seamless integration between the data warehouse to facilitate efficient workflows and data sharing.
