Technical Project Manager (Capital Markets)/Delivery Manager (Financial Services)

Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management within Financial Services environments. Strong domain expertise in Capital Markets, including understanding of: Trading lifecycle Market data platforms Financial instruments Regulatory and compliance requirements Proven experience leading complex cross-functional technology or business transformation initiatives. Strong project planning, decomposition, execution tracking, and delivery management experience. Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and alignment across multiple business and technical teams. Strong risk management, issue resolution, and dependency management capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and executive audiences. Ability to drive accountability and execution in matrixed organizations without formal authority. Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving project environments.
