Job Description

Magnum Staffing is seeking a IT Project Manager located in Carrollton TX. Apply in person at 1828 N Beach St, Suite A,Fort Worth Tx 76111 and bring two forms of ID between the times 9am-3pm Monday-Friday. E-Verify, Drug Test, Bg Check Required for all positions. Position payrate is depending on Experience! Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering enterprise IT projects across the organization, with a primary focus on IT integrations. This role owns the full lifecycle of projects—scope, schedule, risk, and execution—and is accountable for driving projects to completion with minimal oversight. This position requires a self-starter who can independently manage priorities, create structure in ambiguous situations, and communicate clearly at all levels of the organization. Strong presentation skills, including the ability to build and deliver executive-level PowerPoint updates, are essential. In addition to acquisitions and integration work, this role serves as a flexible project resource supporting other active IT initiatives such as Copilot adoption, agentic AI use cases, automation, and strategic IT programs as needed. Key Responsibilities Project Ownership and Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from intake through completion Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies Drive execution across multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities Ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives Proactively remove blockers and maintain forward momentum toward completion Serve as a project lead across active IT initiatives, stepping in to drive progress or stabilize projects as needed IT Acquisitions and Integration Lead IT workstreams for acquisitions from due diligence through post-integration stabilization Partner with leadership to assess incoming environments, identify risks, and define integration strategy Build and execute integration plans covering identity, endpoints, infrastructure, applications, and data Coordinate onboarding of acquired users, including account provisioning, device readiness, and access alignment Standardize systems to company platforms (M365, Entra ID, Intune, security controls, and core business apps) Manage transitions from legacy systems to enterprise standards with minimal business disruption Oversee data migration efforts, validation, and cutover planning Ensure security and compliance requirements are met during all phases of integration Drive clear timelines and accountability across all integration phases (Day 1 readiness, Day 30 stabilization, full integration) Identify integration dependencies early and sequence activities to reduce risk and downtime Coordinate closely with IT, HR, Finance, and business unit leaders to ensure alignment Track and report integration progress, risks, and key milestones to leadership Strategic IT Initiatives Support Support and manage additional IT projects as assigned, including Copilot deployment, agentic AI initiatives, automation efforts, and enterprise system rollouts Quickly assess project status, identify gaps, and implement structure to drive execution Step into existing projects to stabilize timelines, drive accountability, and push work to completion Collaborate with technical teams to translate initiatives into actionable plans and deliverables Provide clear status reporting and executive-level updates across all assigned initiatives Stakeholder and Communication Management Act as primary liaison between IT, business units, leadership, and external stakeholders Drive clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders Create and deliver executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for status updates, risks, and project outcomes Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and decision discussions Manage expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables Risk and Issue Management Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints early in the project lifecycle Develop mitigation and contingency plans Proactively manage issues to minimize impact to timelines and outcomes Escalate critical risks and decisions as appropriate Resource and Consultant Coordination Coordinate work across internal IT teams and project-specific consultants Align consultants to defined deliverables and ensure accountability for execution Monitor consultant progress and address gaps or delays Ensure clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables are communicated and met Process and Governance Follow and enforce project management standards and best practices Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and artifacts Ensure consistency in project execution and reporting across all initiatives Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT or enterprise environments Proven experience leading acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale IT deployments Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal direction Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including identity, endpoint management, and infrastructure Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to create executive-level presentations Demonstrated track record of driving projects to completion Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating acquired companies into standardized IT environments Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and enterprise security controls Experience supporting AI-driven initiatives, Copilot deployments, or automation programs Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar) PMP or equivalent certification preferred Key Competencies Strong ownership mentality and accountability for outcomes Self-starter with the
