IT Project Manager#26-04611 Charlotte, NC Plano, TX On-site Contract Starts 5/18/2026 Ends 5/18/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Lead a large project or multiple projects that are significant in scope and impact Support the infrastructure delivery needs of the Fraud, Claims, Credit Assist, and Authentication Hub line of businesses in a Delivery Lead (Technical Project Manager) role as well as serve as the Monitoring POC for the ATM/Financial Center Technology group Work independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results Initiate and provide leadership, strategic/tactical direction and planning input on all information technology and client/business area issues and in the development of an IT environment which meets current and anticipated business requirements and objectives Participate with IT management in the development of technology products, service standards and development efforts that impact the client/business area Serve as a single point of contact and the escalation point between the client/business area and internal IT management for the resolution of unresolved problems,plaints andplex service requests

Requirements:

5-7 years in Infrastructure Delivery Technology environment Ability to multi-task, as well as being flexible to assist team members as needed Excellentmunication skills (verbal and written) for all levels in the organization Excellent organizational skills Ability to leadplex projects and/or programs Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Outlook PMP certified Able to develop and manage project plans and budgets Able to manage risks and issues in aplex technical environment Able tomunicate effectively with all levels in the organization Working knowledge of infrastructure systems and solutions utilized within the organization Experience successfully delivering infrastructure technology projects Desired skills: ious Delivery Lead experience General knowledge of ATM/Financial Center Technology business operations, applications, and strategy Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
