Job Description

IT Project Manager -
Cybersecurity Salary:
$100k-$125k +
Bonus Location:
Chicago, IL or Coppell, TX Hybrid:
3 days onsite, 2 days remote •We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role• Minimum Qualifications PMP or CSM certification required Security certification required (CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent) Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional security implementation initiatives (e.g., identity management, endpoint security, cloud security) Experience managing comprehensive security program budgets ($1M+), including vendor selection, technology procurement, and resource allocation across security functions while demonstrating ROI Experience developing custom visualization dashboards Experience leading security product development teams using agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups while maintaining security compliance requirements
Project & Resource Management Tools:
Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence),
Microsoft Project, Oracle Financials Bonus Points Data Visualization & Analytics:
Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel modeling for security metrics
Agile Methodologies:
Scrum, SAFe, Kanban with specific application to security product development
Business Analytics:
SQL, Python for data analysis, security ROI modeling, risk quantification Oracle Apptio Responsibilities Define security product strategy and roadmap aligned with stakeholder needs. Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery efforts. Monitor market trends and threats to identify innovation opportunities. Champion security requirements while driving stakeholder adoption and engagement. Manage product performance, budget, and resources to ensure strategic objectives.
