Job Description:
Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support large-scale infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives. This individual will play a key role driving end-to-end delivery across enterprise IT projects, helping bridge business objectives with technical execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced enterprise environments and enjoys leading highly visible technical initiatives involving cloud, infrastructure, and cyber-focused workstreams. What You'll Be Doing Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects across infrastructure and cybersecurity environments Manage initiatives including cloud migrations, platform integrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security-related projects Partner closely with engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables Drive project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies Track project health, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource alignment Facilitate executive-level status reporting, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans and project roadmaps Support continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and project governance What the Right Candidate Will Bring 5+ years of IT Project Management experience focused on technical delivery Strong experience managing infrastructure, cloud, and/or cybersecurity initiatives Hands-on understanding of enterprise technology environments and technical project lifecycles Experience working within Azure cloud environments (preferred) Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Experience using project management tools such as: MS Project Azure DevOps Jira Proven ability to manage competing priorities, risks, and dependencies in enterprise environments Preferred Qualifications PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification Prior experience supporting cybersecurity-focused projects or programs Experience operating within large enterprise or highly regulated environments What You'll Enjoy Exposure to enterprise-scale infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives High-visibility projects with strategic business impact Collaborative and innovative technical environment Opportunity to work alongside cross-functional engineering and security teams Long-term growth potential within enterprise technology delivery
