$120-$124/hr (W2) Position Summary Our client, a leading midstream energy company, is seeking a senior Project Manager to join their IT Project Management Office on a contract basis. The role requires someone who can hit the ground running — quickly assessing team needs, engaging the right stakeholders, and driving complex initiatives forward. The ideal candidate brings deep project management expertise alongside the flexibility to operate across diverse technology domains and business units. Responsibilities Lead projects end-to-end across diverse technology domains including enterprise applications, infrastructure, data platforms, and digital transformation. Coordinate shared resources across concurrent projects; manage plans, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues. Drive continuous improvement of PMO methodologies and tools. Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. Build and lead cross-functional teams; coordinate across IT, operations, vendors, and compliance. Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to leadership. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 6-8 years' experience managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously. PMP certification preferred. Proven track record building and leading project teams using both internal and external resources. Knowledge & Skills Proficient in both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies. Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and facilitation skills. Proficiency with MS Project, Azure DevOps (TFS), Microsoft Office Suite, and Visio. Ability to manage shifting priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis. ...
