This role is ideal for a strong Agile leader with experience managing technical projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and driving successful project execution across multiple stakeholders.Location:

7 monthsKey Responsibilities:
Lead Agile project teams as both Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables. Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Coordinate activities between technical teams, business stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors. Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Deliver regular status updates and ensure alignment with business objectives. Support continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to contractual requirements.Required Skills:
Program Management Project Management Scrum Master experience Agile/Scrum methodologies Stakeholder management Risk and issue management Strong communication and leadership skillsPreferred Skills:
Experience managing Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) projects Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools PMP, CSM, or PSM certificationsQualifications:
5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Scrum Master roles Experience leading enterprise application development or support projectsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
