Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant to drive AI adoption within SAP ecosystems, specifically for the VISTEX implementation project. The role focuses on integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes such as pricing, rebates, incentives, and contract management within
SAP VISTEX.
The ideal candidate will combine SAP functional expertise, AI/ML awareness, and business process optimization skills to enable intelligent and automated decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Strategy & Adoption Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML capabilities within
SAP VISTEX
modules Define AI adoption roadmap aligned with business goals Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize high-value AI use cases
SAP VISTEX
Functional Expertise Work on VISTEX modules including: o Rebates & Incentives o Chargebacks o Pricing & Contracts Analyze and optimize business processes using intelligent automation concepts Solution Design & Implementation Design AI-powered solutions for: o Predictive pricing optimization o Rebate forecasting & anomaly detection o Intelligent contract insights Integrate SAP with AI platforms (e.g., SAP BTP, AI Core, ML services, external tools) Data & Analytics Work with data teams to enable: o Data pipelines for AI models o Data quality improvements Support implementation of predictive analytics & dashboards Stakeholder Management Collaborate with: o Business users o Technical teams o Data scientists Translate business requirements into AI-enabled SAP solutions Change Management Support AI adoption and user enablement Conduct workshops and training sessions on: o AI use cases in SAP o Process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills Strong experience in
SAP SD + VISTEX
(7+ years preferred) Understanding of pricing, rebates, and incentive management Exposure to AI/ML concepts (predictive modeling, automation, NLP basics) Experience with
SAP S/4HANA
environment Technical Skills Familiarity with: o SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) o SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) o AI/ML tools (Python basics, ML concepts, APIs) Knowledge of data integration and APIs Functional Skills Strong business process understanding in pharma/healthcare or distribution Ability to map AI use cases to business value Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management Problem-solving mindset Ability to drive innovation and change Good-to-Have Skills Experience in healthcare domain Knowledge of Generative AI use cases in SAP Exposure to automation tools (RPA, workflow automation) Experience working in Agile delivery models
