As a Program Manager III-, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting complex transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

$77 What's the Job? Lead and manage complex programs within manufacturing environments, ensuring alignment with operational goals and strategic initiatives. Apply change management best practices to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systems. Navigate and understand complex systems, integrations, and production environments with strong technical acumen. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and engineering, to drive project success. Utilize project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile to deliver results, manage risks, and generate actionable insights using tools like Jira. What's Needed? Proven experience in manufacturing domain, with a solid understanding of operational workflows and production processes. Strong technical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and integrations. Demonstrated success in leading and executing complex transformation initiatives on the manufacturing floor. Excellent communication skills to bridge technology, operations, and engineering teams, including engaging with senior leadership.
