We need someone who understands how to step into that environment, assess what's in place, and help drive integration efforts across multiple businesses. This is not a traditional IT Project Manager role. This position is focused on acquisition integration—supporting IT workstreams tied to mergers and acquisitions from due diligence through Day 1 and post-close execution. Day 1 ? post-close integration) Ability to clearly explain your role in past acquisition integrations (what you owned and delivered) Experience working across multiple IT environments (ERP systems, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, etc.) Strong communication skills—you'll be working directly with leadership and cross-functional teams

Your experience is primarily limited to internal IT projects (ERP implementations, system upgrades, infrastructure refreshes) You have not been directly involved in acquisition integration or M&A activity You prefer highly structured, slow-moving environments Tools & Experience MS Project, Visio, Excel, SharePoint Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), critical path (CPM) scheduling Epic/Story development in Agile environments Enterprise-level project documentation and reporting Experience reporting project progress to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
