Digital Project Manager - Job Overview Tranont is seeking a driven and hands-on Digital Project Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our ecommerce experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product management, ecommerce operations, and content management systems. Reporting directly to the CTO, this individual will play a key role in accelerating go-to-market initiatives, improving customer experiences, and driving digital growth. The Digital Product Manager will oversee the full ecommerce product lifecycle, manage CMS workflows through Strapi, and collaborate cross-functionally with business, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver impactful digital solutions. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and day-to-day execution, with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the ecommerce product roadmap aligned with company goals Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and priorities Own ecommerce product setup, including pricing, availability, and configurations Manage and maintain Strapi CMS content, publishing workflows, and permissions Lead Agile processes including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization Analyze customer behavior and performance data to identify growth opportunities Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver results Continuously improve the online customer journey and user experience Qualifications 2+ years of product management or product ownership experience Experience managing ecommerce products, platforms, or digital storefronts Hands-on CMS experience (Strapi preferred) Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving measurable business value Ideal Candidate We're looking for a proactive project manager who enjoys both strategic planning and rolling up their sleeves to execute.
