Precinmac is looking for a strategic and hands-on IT Project Manager to lead high-impact technology projects across the organization from cloud migrations to enterprise software rollouts and IT integrations during mergers & acquisitions. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology and plays a key part in enabling scalable, secure, and modern operations across all business units. The candidate will be embedded at our Ogden, Utah site (Petersen), working shoulder to shoulder with leaders across departments to drive outcomes that truly move the needle. What Youll Be Doing:

Lead Mission-Critical Projects Across the

Enterprise:

Define project goals, milestones, and success metrics with business and technical stakeholdersBuild and lead cross-functional project teams from developers to business analystsCreate and execute detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resourcesManage risks, remove blockers, and communicate proactively at every levelDeliver high-quality results on time and within budgetGuide projects through all phases: discovery, planning, execution, and close-outOwn IT project delivery in M&A initiatives, ensuring seamless systems integration, data migration, and user onboarding Operate as a

Trusted Advisor & Strategic Leader:

Translate complex technical needs into actionable, business-aligned plansCollaborate closely with executive stakeholders to prioritize and sequence IT effortsEnsure compliance with frameworks like CMMC, especially in regulated environmentsChampion the adoption and configuration of Microsoft 365 GCC High across the organization to meet federal compliance and security requirementsWhat You Bring to the

A proven track record delivering multiple, complex IT projects across enterprise environmentsStrong command of project management frameworks: Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approachesLeadership skills: you inspire, delegate, resolve conflict, and keep momentum highExcellent communication and storytelling skills from boardrooms to breakroomsFluency in tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or SmartsheetVendor management experience, including third-party software and service providersA keen eye for risk, opportunity, and optimizationExperience managing projects within high-stakes environments like M&A or infrastructure modernization

Preferred Experience:

10+ years in IT project management, with increasing leadership responsibilityExperience leading teams through M&A tech integration or separationSolid background in infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud, or ERP/CRM projectsPrior exposure to Microsoft 365 GCC High or other high-security government cloud environmentsAbility to engage senior leadership and turn strategic needs into tactical plans

Education & Certifications:

Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)PMP certification is strongly preferredPMI-ACP, CSM, or other Agile credentials are a major plusITIL Foundation certification preferredMicrosoft 365

Certified:

Security Administrator Associate (or relevant GCC High experience)Bonus points for Six Sigma, SAFe Agile, or Lean certifications
