Summary We are seeking skilled Information Specialist to support a government agency in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities Provide information and administrative support for agency staff. Assist Director in update and maintenance of records, manuals and reports Support records management, training, and FOIA coordination. Track, record and update in FOIA system specific information to each request Assist with AV/meeting logistics and IT applications. Prepare reports and manage office documentation. Qualifications Active Secret Clearance Bachelor's degree in information management, business, or related field. 5-10 years administrative experience Experience in creating and implementing organizational or administrative management policies and procedures Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff Experience in information and records management Experience with federal travel regulations Experience providing onsite technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events such as microphone and monitor connectivity, presentations or visual material access Experience setting up conference, board or training rooms Experience with other administrative services like office management, building and facilities management, human resources and/or security Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
