ORA_ON_SITE Description SAIC is seeking qualified applicants to support a cutting-edge data, analytics, and AI platform. Roles include managing customer relationships, service portfolio and catalog management, software engineering & development, data/AI engineering, IT systems operations, and use case intake and analytics for DoW enterprise-scale mission objectives expected in Spring/Summer 2026. Positions are contingent pending contract award. A majority of the opportunities are in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area (WDCMA). Some work may be performed remotely, subject to Government approval.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise-wide governance efforts and standardize best practices to support mission execution. Leverage ServiceNow expertise to identify high value opportunities and optimize resource alignment. Drive improvements in mission alignment, user satisfaction, and system adoption across the enterprise. Facilitate collaboration among diverse team members. Coordinate efforts across functions to ensure holistic alignment with program objectives and warfighter needs. Lead and manage IT projects from planning through execution Schedule Project Standards and Goals Cost targets Bridge communication between technical and business teams to assess project implications and maintain progress against deadlines. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
Bachelors & 9+ years of related experience, Masters & 7+ years of experience, or PhD or JD & 5+ years of experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:
Knowledge of enterprise governance and bestpractice standardization. Skill in identifying highimpact process improvements using ServiceNow. Ability to drive improvements in mission alignment, user satisfaction, and adoption. Strong collaboration skills across multifunctional teams. Ability to align cross-functional efforts with program and warfighter priorities. Skill in IT project leadership from planning through execution. Ability to track schedules, standards, goals, and cost performance. Competency in bridging communication between business and technical teams.
