Job Description

We currently have a Sr. Project Manager role open, which is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire project through budgeting, hiring team members, sourcing suppliers and planning the project release.
Responsibilities:
Set strategic direction based on organizational goals/strategies. Oversee various projects to ensure they all align effectively with the organization s mission and the program s goals. Setting deadlines, providing feedback and communicating with clients, executives about the status of their project. Builds and manages budget to support program/initiative. Determines purpose of a project. Communicating with clients about their needs, securing funding, budgeting for each department and planning the project s final release. Acts as a liaison between Project Managers and clients or stakeholders, using delegation to accomplish large scale tasks. Understand Business Needs. Work well with Business leader to understand Objectives from Business perspective. Stakeholders Management. Minimum Requirements 10+ years of industry or similar experience working on a similar initiative. High-level of management and leadership skills. Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively. Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Risk management. Resource management. Strong Written and verbal communication skills. Cost control and budgeting skills. Teamwork and motivational skills. Organizational and multitasking skills. Degree in relevant field with PM Certifications based on the need.
