Position Summary:
The Digital Transformation Technical Program Manager will lead complex enterprise digital modernization initiatives across Dynamic Aviation's business and operating environments. This role is responsible for driving execution of strategic transformation programs linking enterprise platforms, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity initiatives, cloud transformation, systems integration, automation, and operational technology solutions. The position serves as the bridge between executive leadership, engineering, operations, IT and cyber, aviation operations teams, and external partners to ensure scalable, secure, and predictable delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Program Responsibilities Leads enterprise-scale technical programs involving ERP modernization, cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, and operational technology initiatives Develops technical program roadmaps, architecture alignment strategies, dependency tracking, and execution plans Drives integration efforts across enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, analytics systems, and operational tools Coordinates cross-functional program management, engineering, infrastructure, records, cybersecurity, DevOps, and business operations teams for digital transformation efforts Manages technical risks, system dependencies, architecture constraints, and releases readiness activities Oversees implementation of automation solutions including workflow orchestration, reporting automation, and operational dashboards Partners with IT and cyber teams to ensure compliance with security standards, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements Establishes governance frameworks for change management, releases management, technical reviews, and operational readiness for digital modernization programs Supports enterprise data strategy initiatives including data quality, reporting, analytics, and KPI standardization Supports vendor management activities for enterprise software implementations, integrations, and managed services for digital transformation efforts Provides executive-level reporting on program health, technical risks, budget status, delivery timelines, and operational impact for digital initiatives Technical Expertise Enterprise systems integration and architecture Cloud technologies including Azure, AWS, or hybrid infrastructure ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle Business intelligence and analytics platforms DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes API integration technologies Cybersecurity governance and secure system deployment Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies Data management/governance, reporting automation, and KPI frameworks Operational technology modernization and workflow optimization Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Aviation Technology, or related technical field 7+ years of experience managing large-scale technical programs or digital transformation initiatives Strong technical background with experience coordinating engineering and infrastructure teams Experience leading enterprise software implementations, systems integrations, or cloud transformation efforts Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, systems lifecycle management, and technical governance Demonstrated ability to manage technical dependencies, risks, and cross-functional delivery teams Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced operational or mission-critical environments. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Scrum certifications Experience within aviation, aerospace, defense, logistics, manufacturing, or government contracting industries Experience working with MS GCH-High and maintaining CMMC, and NIST Cyber Security Standards Familiarity with FAA-regulated environments or mission-critical operational systems Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Azure, or AWS Background in cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, enterprise architecture, or operational systems integration Experience leading multi-million-dollar enterprise transformation programs Additional Requirements Ability to travel (domestic/international) as required, 25% Security clearance or ability to obtain Passport and work authorization requirements to work in the US Core Competencies Technical Program Leadership Enterprise Transformation Systems Integration Strategic Execution Operational Excellence Stakeholder Management Risk & Dependency Management Digital Innovation Cross-Functional Collaboration Continuous Improvement Success Metrics Successful delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives on schedule and within budget Reduction in operational inefficiencies and manual workflows Improved system integration, scalability, and operational visibility Enhanced cybersecurity posture and technology compliance Increased automation and reporting capabilities across business functions Improved executive visibility into program execution and operational KPIs Working Conditions 7 am - 4 pm; flexible based on business needs Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and operating office equipment Ability to view computer screens for extended periods, with close vision and the ability to adjust focus Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching within the office environment and on aircraft Ability to lift and move items up to approximately 10-20 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies) Effective verbal and written communication abilities Ability to maintain focus and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Regularly works in office environment and around aircraft hangars It is the policy of Dynamic Aviation to prohibit and eliminate discrimination on grounds of race, color, religion, sex, (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristics protected by law.
