some of your typical work assignments may include: Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of IT software development projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with DTRA and DoD guidelines. Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and direct (GS-15/O-6), and senior (SES/FO) leadership, transling complex requirements and communicing project stus, risks, and stregic alignment. Direct the requirements lifecycle by eliciting, analyzing, and transling complex operional needs into clear, testable user stories for Agile/DevSecOps development teams. Provide high-level technical advice and stregic guidance for the DevSecOps portfolio, shaping the technical vision, architectural standards, and innovion roadmap. Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of secure, automed CI/CD pipelines, and manage the enterprise software development toolchain to enable continuous delivery. Deliver technical quality control for all projects by reviewing and approving technical specificions, enforcing security standards, and resolving system integrion challenges. Develop budget recommendions and manage resources by evaluing IT infrastructure needs, creing cost estimes, and supporting market research for emerging requirements. The incumbent required to become certified in the Practitioner tier within 2 years. The incumbent is required to acquire a minimum of 40 continuous learning points (CLPs) every fiscal year as a goal and 80 CLPs being mandory within 2 years. Guided cross-functional teams using a strong understanding of Agile and development, security, and operions (DevSecOps) principles to facilite continuous integrion, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and deliver high-quality, secure solutions. Serves as a technical advisor to shape the organizion's technical vision, architectural standards, and innovion roadmap, providing stregic guidance to senior stakeholders on major informion management programs. Acts as the crucial link between technical and non-technical teams by transling complex operional needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories for development teams. Manages comprehensive cost estimes and delivers stregic briefings on project approach, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership (GS-15/O6) to support high-level decision-making. Owns and manages the enterprise software development toolchain, including the design, build, and maintenance of secured, automed CI/CD pipelines and the deployment of containerized applicions (IaC).
