About the Role This role involves leading the administration, enhancement, and long-term roadmap of enterprise business applications and supporting technologies. Responsibilities Lead the administration, enhancement, and long-term roadmap of enterprise business applications and supporting technologies Manage and mentor technical staff responsible for application development, integrations, databases, and business systems support Oversee Microsoft-based business platforms, including ERP and data management environments Drive integration initiatives involving

transactions, customer and supplier connectivity, and automated data exchange processes Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver technology solutions that improve operational performance Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and performance of enterprise applications and databases Manage software development efforts involving custom applications, system enhancements, and modernization projects Lead vendor relationships, project delivery, budgeting, and resource planning activities Develop technology standards, governance processes, and best practices across applications and integrations Support strategic initiatives involving digital transformation, automation, reporting, and business process optimization Qualifications Experience managing enterprise applications, software development teams, or business systems environments Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365 and SQL Server Experience supporting EDI and B2B integration environments utilizing technologies such as BizTalk, Cleo, or similar platforms Knowledge of application development using C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies Experience with enterprise data integration, APIs, XML, cXML, and transaction processing Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders Experience leading projects, managing priorities, and delivering complex technical solutions Required Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365 and SQL Server Experience supporting EDI and B2B integration environments utilizing technologies such as BizTalk, Cleo, or similar platforms Knowledge of application development using C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies Preferred Skills Experience with enterprise data integration, APIs, XML, cXML, and transaction processing Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders Experience leading projects, managing priorities, and delivering complex technical solutions Pay range and compensation package Stable full-time leadership position with growth potential.
