Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Program Manager to lead the development of critical procedures for data center infrastructure projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities Develop and manage high-quality technical procedures that ensure efficient capacity delivery across data center sites. Define requirements for Method of Procedure (MOP) development and coordinate timelines for delivery. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure procedures meet security, performance, and reliability standards. Provide escalation management and balance business needs with technical constraints. Drive the deployment of standardized procedures across various sites while fostering collaboration among diverse teams. Skills Undergraduate or graduate degree in a technical field such as Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in program or project management within data center or critical infrastructure environments. Proven ability in technical writing, including the creation of MOPs, SOPs, and other technical documentation. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a track record of effective collaboration across teams. Preferred Skills Experience working with electrical systems and safety practices within data centers. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve project goals. Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving capabilities.
