Scrum Master /
Agile Delivery Lead Location:
Richmond, VA Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Reviews, and Release Planning. Act as Scrum Master for 2 3 Agile teams and ensure Agile best practices are followed. Partner with Product Owners, Developers, and technical teams to maintain healthy backlogs and prioritize work effectively. Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics. Identify and remove impediments to ensure successful sprint execution. Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders. Support backlog refinement, user story quality, and defect resolution. Drive continuous improvement and team performance optimization. Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges across teams. Required Qualifications 7+ years of IT experience Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies Experience working with SharePoint technical teams Experience working with ServiceNow technical teams Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
